01 From Technology to Practice, AI Applications Move to a New Stage

Artificial intelligence is moving from concept validation to large-scale implementation. By 2025, 78% of enterprises have already used AI in at least one business, and 92% of executives plan to invest an additional 1 in the next three years.

AI intelligent agents have leapt from edge concepts to become the focus of enterprise technology, with a $1.1 billion equity investment in 2024 and a year-on-year surge in demand for related positions by 985%. These ‘virtual colleagues’ can autonomously plan and execute multi-step tasks in logistics, customer service, programming, and other scenarios, significantly improving work efficiency.

In the manufacturing industry, various regions are accelerating the development of “AI+manufacturing”, with plans to promote 3000 manufacturing enterprises to complete intelligent transformation by 2027. This trend indicates that AI is transitioning from flashy techniques to commercially viable and replicable products.
02 Rise of intelligent agents, new mode of human-machine collaboration

AI agents have integrated into the workflow of professionals, becoming digital colleagues capable of autonomously executing tasks. In the past, the core value of AI was to answer questions; Now, its core capability is problem-solving.

The next generation of intelligent cockpit agents, WPS’s Lingxi Agent and other tools are reshaping our way of working. The era of human-machine symbiosis has arrived, and future leaders need to manage both carbon based employees and silicon-based intelligent agents simultaneously, balancing the advantages of both.

As the relationship between AI and humans shifts from tools and users to collaborative partners, organizational management models are undergoing profound changes. three
03 Multimodal interaction, emotional computing becomes a new blue ocean

Artificial intelligence is becoming more emotional and humanized. At the 2025 World Robot Conference, the “emotion analysis” function was highly welcomed by users. Robots can achieve facial recognition through cameras, provide micro expression feedback, and are equipped with tactile sensors to sense user touch in real-time.

The field of emotional computing is nurturing huge market opportunities. Among the 132 entrepreneurial projects evaluated from January to July 2025, the proportion of projects involving emotional computing has reached 15%.

Even plush toys can be embedded with AI boxes to interact with people in a more emotionally valuable way.

04 Terminal intelligence, AI integrated into daily life

AI is moving from the cloud to the devices around us. Smart glasses, AI earphones and other personal assistants have become a new trend. These devices become seamless gateways between humans and the digital world through large models, where information, tasks, and the surrounding environment are fully integrated.

The development of end-to-end AI enables small devices to possess intelligent capabilities. The combination of cloud based brain, terminal intelligence, and AI agents will bring huge dividends to personal creativity and business development. Even some investors have concluded that there will inevitably be a “one person unicorn enterprise” in the future.
05 Coexistence of Challenges and Opportunities

The development of artificial intelligence still faces many challenges. In the medical field, 84% of healthcare system executives believe that poor data quality, integration, and decentralized storage have become the main obstacles to the application of medical AI.

The field of humanoid robots also needs to address issues of cost, reliability, and stability. Although significant progress has been made in the past two years, the current comprehensive procurement and usage cost of humanoid robots still exceeds the acceptable range of most users.

Ethical and governance risks cannot be ignored. AI training relies heavily on a large amount of data, and if there is insufficient control over personal information and security, it may lead to legal risks and trust crises. Algorithm errors may also affect the fairness of caregiving.

With the increasing maturity of AI infrastructure, we are standing at the threshold of the intelligent era. Artificial intelligence will no longer be an isolated tool, but an ubiquitous infrastructure like electricity.
